Rewild Retreat - May 8th-10th 2024
We spent an absolutely amazing weekend in one of the chalets. Breathtaking views from both of the decks, overlooking a peaceful bay.
We were treated to Orcas, dolphins, sea lions, seals, otters, and all types of birds. All in all an excellent experience, we were mesmerized by the paradise surrounding us.

This place is magical 😍 So quiet, so peaceful, so relaxing. We spent two wonderful nights in #2, oceanfront king. We loved watching the wildlife from the deck. Eagles, heron, seals, otters, and more. The bed was super comfy, the amenities were just right. We loved our lazy days in front of the fire. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The other guests were lovely. The pavilion is jawdropping- check out all of the amazing carvings and quirky touches. Great for a family getaway, romantic weekend or girls trip ✌️

This place is a real gem. Easily accessible from Vancouver Island, yet it has that 'away from it all' feeling. A quaint and quirky property with comfortable rooms and apartments. We cycled from there around the island, but also just enjoyed relaxing on the deck and in various spots around the property. Hosts Caroline and Holly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will return!
Free Spirit
Caroline and Holly are the most welcoming and fantastic hosts one could ask for. Each morning was coffee on the look out, preceeded with wine in the evening. Listening to the wildlife in the woods or seals and otters floundering in the ocean for dinner or play time.
Porpoises also joined in. Perfect morning or evening place to kayak or paddle board, while enjoying your exploring of Gowland Harbour. Photographic opportunities.
Rooms are quant and VERY comfortable. One does not require a TV when you have a gorgeous ocean front view. I will be returning and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jade Resort for your next Quadra Island adventure and stay.
