Getting Here

BY CAR

To get here by car from Vancouver, you will need to take a ferry from the mainland (Tswwassen or Horseshoe Bay). You can catch the ‘Horseshoe Bay to Nanaimo’ ferry or the ‘Tswwassen to Duke Point’ ferry. (1.5 hr ferry ride) Then drive up island to Campbell River and catch the car ferry to Quadra Island (1.5hr drive followed by a 10 min ferry). BC Ferries runs daily scheduled trips for both vehicles and walk-on passengers between ports on BC’s mainland and Vancouver Island.

Driving directions from ferry terminal dock once you have arrived on Quadra Island:

From the Quadra Island(Quathiaski Cove) ferry ramp, continue driving up the hill and turn left onto Harper Road. Take a right at the stop sign onto Heriot Bay Road, then take your first left onto West Road. Drive along West Road until you come to Gowlland Harbour Road and turn left. Then take your first left onto Vaughn Road, We don't have our 'Jade Resort' sign up yet so when you see 2 giant pillars with eagle carvings on top - you have arrived! Drive through the pillars and stick to the left and follow the road all the way down to the cabins. Details for specific directions and offloading/loading zones will be  e-mailed to you prior to your arrival.

BY AIR

Getting here by air is only a 45 minute direct flight from Vancouver Interntional Airport to Campbell River Ariport(YBL). From there, it's a 15 minute (12kms) drive by shuttle or taxi to the Campbell River Ferry terminal, and a 12 minutre car ferry ride to Quadra Island. Once landed on Quadra Island, the drive to Jade Resort is approximately 12 minutes. From the Campbell River Airport there is a regualr shuttle that runs between the airport and town (where the ferry terminal is). Best to prebook by phone at 250-914-1010 / toll-free: 1-855-787-8294 or e-mail crairportshuttle@gmail.com. The cost is usually $15 one way but please make sure to confirm the rate when you book. For passengers who need a ride from the Quadra Ferry Terminal to the Resort, please call Quadra Taxi at 250-205-0505.

Ferry service from the United States to Victoria, BC is offered on the high-speed catamaran, Victoria Clipper; the MV Coho; or Washington State Ferries from various ports in Washington.
